Pride Vendor
We have now closed online registration! However, you can fill out the information below and we will let you know if there are still vendor spots available.
Thank you so much for wanting to be a vendor at Pride this year! Your support helps us make Pride an amazing event for the community!
Here is the important information for Pride this year:
Pride in the Park itself will take place on June 29, from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Setup for Pride will be 7 AM to 9 AM. Tear down will be 4 PM to 6 PM.
Vendor fee – $95
Non-profit vendor fee – $75
Electricity – $35 (these spots are limited)
Tables and chairs – $35
Please note, if you are sponsoring Pride in the Park or another Pride event, you may have your fee waived or reduced.
Please avoid selling/displaying any explicit items, as there will be minors at the event. Please check with Pride organizers if you plan on sharing a petition or holding a raffle.
The address is 505 N 5th St, Rapid City, SD, 57701, in front of the Memorial Park Bandshell, and the spots will be 10 feet x 10 feet. If you need more space, you will need to reserve an additional spot. We will make sure to place your spots together!
Please let us know if you will need to set up earlier or if you will be driving on the grass. We try to avoid driving onto the grass when unnecessary since it can tear up the ground.
If you are selling/giving anything away that may result in trash being left somewhere, please consider bringing a trash can/bag for your spot if possible. There will be trash cans on site, but they can fill very quickly so any help is appreciated!
